Servtech, in partnership with IMS, won the first place in Intel Global challenge 2014 Internet, Mobile and Software Computing
The Intel Global challenge 2014 is finished and Servtech won the
first place in Internet, Mobile and Software Computing. Servtech is
developing a new platform to handle Big Data in manufacturing and turn
data into valuable information for factories. An-Kao, IMS researcher
and Servtech CMO, presented the platform at the Intel Global Challenge
venue at the university of California Berkley. Their product,
ServCloud, offers several analytical algorithms as individual
applications on an application store called ServMarket.
IMS center at the University of Cincinnati collaborated with
Servtech in developing ServMarket applications for remaining useful
life prediction of rolling elements and fault estimation of induction
motors. Additionally, IMS team helped in developing ServCloud iOS
application to run on iPad.
